Can I purchase a subscription for my team?
Captions subscriptions are intended for a single user. If you're interested in a collaborative workflow or more enterprise controls, you might prefer Mirage Studio.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Visit your account settings or settings within the App Store/Google Play to see your options. If you upgrade, your new features and limits are available immediately, and the price is prorated for the remainder of the billing period. If you downgrade, your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
What is the difference between a monthly and yearly plan?
A yearly plan bills for 12 months upfront, at a discounted rate. If you prefer the flexibility of a monthly rate, you can do that instead. You'll pay each month instead of paying for an entire year at once.
Is there a free version of Captions?
Yes, there is a free version of Captions. It includes a more limited feature set than you'll get with our paid plans. We recommend subscribing so you can use generative AI features and more advanced editing tools. The free plan includes basic tools like trimming, transitions and some media library assets.
